No ads. No public child profiles. No stranger messages. No training AI on your videos.

01

What iStéip knows

We may know your first name, age group, what class you are in, what lessons you finish and feedback your instructor gives. We only receive a practice video when you and the adult responsible for your account choose to send one.

02

Who can see it

Your learning is not public. Your approved guardian can manage your profile. Your assigned instructor can see the class work they need to teach you. Other learners and strangers cannot search for your profile or message you.

03

You can ask

You can ask why something is needed, who can see it, or for a mistake to be fixed. You can say you do not want an optional feature. Tell a trusted adult or contact eolas@isteip.com.

04

If something feels wrong

Use Report or Get help, stop sharing, and tell a trusted adult. You will not be in trouble for asking for help. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Something unclear?

Ask us in plain language.
